Speaking A Second Language Bolsters Your Brain

Parlez-vous a second language? Adding another vocabulary to your skills has benefits beyond being able to ask for directions in a foreign country.

Go a step further and pick up three or more languages, and you may reduce your risk of developing memory problems as you age, according to Luxembourg researchers who studied senior adults who spoke two to seven languages.
