Working Dads Are The Best At This

As working dads become more engaged in their children’s lives, they face the same constraints as do moms employed outside the home–with one big difference.

Although men deal with a similar lack of support, not enough time and schedule conflicts, they are less likely than women to consider work a barrier to physical activity.

Many active fathers find time to exercise during the workday, according to a new study from Kansas State University. Working mothers, by contrast, say they feel guilty for taking time out during the workday and are less likely to get exercise.

So out with the guilt – and in with the fitness class when you can.
