Wasabi Guacamole

Ingredients

4 ripe avocados, peeled and seeded
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp wasabi powder
1 tsp minced ginger
½ cup diced jicama
1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 Tbsp mirin
1 Tbsp lime juice
1 tsp kosher salt
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mash together. Makes 4-6 servings.
